The processing of your personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), enacted in the UK by the Data Protection Act 2018. This notice is issued to satisfy the requirements of Article 13 GDPR (the requirement for transparency) with regard to all those who interact with RHF Group in a business relationship.

RHF Group entities act in a variety of capacities, including sales, marketing, consultancy, business support, introducer between consultants and clients, intermediary between clients and potential investors.
In providing you with any of these services, we will be acting as a controller of personal data (as defined by Article 4(7) GDPR) with respect to any processing for which we determine the purpose and means. This includes data that we obtain from you in order to facilitate the administration of our business relationship and the fulfilment of our contract with you.

In providing you our services, we will process your personal data under Article 6 (1)b GDPR, on the legal basis that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract for the provision of our services, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long do we keep your data?
Where relevant, information will be kept in accordance with the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs for the retention of tax records. Information not subject to those requirements may be kept for a period of six years from the termination of the contract between us or the date of the last provision of professional services to you by us, whichever is the earlier.
